QB | 6'0", 209, 4.849 Scouts Grade: 30 Concerns: Lacks size/bulk for position

According to Scouts Inc.

PASSING: Accurate, throws to space, lead receivers, shows good touch.

MOBILITY: Adequete, can buy second chances, throws well on the run.

ARM STRENGTH: Not great, doesn't always step into throws, throws off back foot.

SNAP DECISIONS: Tries to make too much, locks onto receivers, panics when first option isn't there.

OVERALL: Excellent game manager at times, presses to much and makes too many mistakes under duress. Below average arm strength. Outside shot to be reserve in West Coast system. Wouldn't recommend risking a draft pick on him.

ROUND PREDICTION: Later rounds or post-draft signing
