The remaining members of the dismissed BETA fraternity were arraigned Wednesday. With the final dates set, the probable cause hearings will begin for the three students charged with felonies. Felony charges do not receive pleas, but rather have probable cause hearings.

Andrew Borges, 20, of Berkeley, Mass., entered no plea on the two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. A probable cause hearing will be held in Durham on Dec. 4 with further arraignment. The trial will be held in Superior Court in Concord at a later date. He was released on $15,000 personal recognizance bail. Without any further violations, Borges will not be required to pay the $15,000.

Anthony Moccia, 19, of Laconia, N.H., pleaded not guilty to the charges of possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of alcohol. Moccia and his two attorneys requested a trial to be held in Durham, Jan. 8.

David Mason and John Dold, both 19, were arraigned in late October.

Mason of Newfields, N.H., was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. His probable cause hearing will be held on Nov. 13. Dold of Stratham, N.H., was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. His hearing is scheduled for Nov. 20.
