According to the latest reports, GTA 5 will receive a new round of DLC content that will be available for computers and Xbox One and PS4 consoles. Rockstar hasn’t confirmed this information, but there is enough evidence to back up this rumor.
GTA 5 was released in September 2013 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles, then it was launched for PS 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows, being an open world, action-adventure video game, and in the single player mode, the story is set within the fictional state of San Andreas (based on Southern California), where three criminals (Michael, Franklin and Trevor) are committing heists by working together, but each one has its own goal and lifestyle. In the open world, the players are roaming the streets of the fictional city of Los Santos (based on Los Angeles).
Since the launch of the GTA V and GTA Online, Rockstar has regularly released DLCs, bringing new vehicles, weapons and other important tools, but in Online, they are more advanced, where the players are able to customize their characters (tattoos, hairstyles, clothes, masks etc.), get a job and buy a property.
In the near future, it is rumored that GTA V’s story mode will be expanded with a series of new content. According to reports, the new management system will allow you to turn on or off some sets of DLC, but an error screen with this message: “Installed Story Mode DLC cannot be loaded” has been discovered, so Rockstar will need to work on fixing this problem.
Back in 2015, in September, Imran Sarwar, Director of Design at Rockstar North, said that the team was focusing on improving the multiplayer mode and they were trying to implement all their ideas. At that time, Sarwar told IGN that “The evolution of GTA Online on these newer platforms is also an exciting prospect as the power of those systems is going to allow us to achieve even more.”
Towards the end of 2015, Rocktar has released a GTA 5 update, which has brought new missions for the players, allowing them to be VIPs and to hire a crew to defend them.
