The Microsoft Lumia 650 measures 142×70.9×6.9mm and weights 122 grams. The device has a matte plastic back available in Black or White, a flat metal frame and rounded corners. On the other hand, the HTC One M9 is thicker and heavier, as it measures 144.6×69.7×9.6mm and weights 157 grams. The Microsoft Lumia 650 has been released with an internal storage of 16GB which you can expand up 256GB using a microSD card. On the other hand, the HTC One M9 has an internal storage of 32GB, but you can expand it up to 256GB using a microSD card.

The Microsoft Lumia 650 is powered by a removable battery of 2000 mAh, which is much weaker than the non-removable battery of 2840 mAh that the HTC One M9 has.
