Hey everyone. I want to clear some things up. Via comments and conversations I have had with people, it seems to me that I am failing to hit my mark. My purposes and intents for writing this column I thought I made clear in the first issue. I write to get challenged, and to have people talking about and discussing the content. Thoughts about spirituality and religion are important! This is the fundamental idea that I’m basing things around. Discussing these thoughts with friends, enemies, significant others, professors, parents, dogs, and small children is what I aim to encourage.   It appears, however, that I have not reached people as I had hoped. (Hey all. Just wanted to get these up to get started, and see where I can go from there.) A column about… religious spirituality? What?? Aloha! Quick introduction: I am Sean Matthews, a senior Philosophy major here at UNH. I have been a member of Not Too Sharp since my freshman year, an RA in SERC A the past two years, and just recently started to get involved with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Also, as of August 25th, I am a Christian. If you were to tell me a few weeks ago that I would be calling myself a Christian, especially in so public a setting, I would have laughed. Pretty loudly, actually, because I have been claiming to be agnostic for the past few years, and have been talking and looking hard into all religious thought for a long time. So what...
