The No. 19 Wildcats field hockey team will play their final two games of the season on the road this weekend against arch rivals Maine and Dartmouth.

Maine is No. 25 in the nation and are the final America East opponent for the Wildcats, who have clinched at least a share of the regular season title and the top seed for the America East tournament.

Goalie Carlie Tarbell was named America East Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, receiving the award on Oct. 9 earlier this year. She has been the backbone of the team this year, with a GAA of 2.21 and a save percentage of .740.

UNH won a pair of games last weekend, winning 1-0 against No. 13 BU and defeating Providence in overtime 2-1. The ‘Cats have played in seven overtime games this season, accumulating an overall record of 4-3 in those games.

Unfortunately, due to the closing of Memorial Field, the Wildcats will be unable to play another home game this season, relinquishing their home field advantage for earning the No. 1 overall seed in the America East tournament.
