Up until now, the only device produced by Xiaomi that has received the Android Nougat update is the Mi 5, the 2016 flagship smartphone. However, according to some recent leaks, it seems that several Xiaomi phones have been undergoing some tests and running the latest version of the Android OS. Among the models shown in the leaks we could notice the Mi 5S Plus, Mi MIX, Mi Note 2 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro, which is midrange.
One of the Xiaomi phones have been listed as supporting the Android Nougat v7.1.1. This means that the device is currently undergoing tests and similar procedures, so we should be expecting the update to be released quite soon. Even though some specs found on the report released by GFX Bench do match those found on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro device, you can still find some disparities.
For example, one of them would be the fact that the phone found on the listing has a 5.7 inches full HD display, while the Redmi Note 3 Pro has a 5.5 inches one with the same resolution. When it comes to the specs, there are indeed the same GPU and processor, namely a Snapdragon 650 model with an Adreno 510 GPU, but the difference is that Redmi Note 3 Pro is clocked at 1.8 GHz and the listed phone has a clock speed of 2.0 GHz.
The rest of the specs are similar to these ones, which means there are still some minor differences, but also similarities. The 3 GB RAM, 16 MP front camera, 5 MP the back one, 32 GB storage are all the same as in the case of Redmi Note 3 Pro. However, in the specs found on the GFXBench report the device records up to 4K videos on the back camera and 2K on the front one, while Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro can only shoot up to 1080p quality.
