Guerilla Games, the developers of Horizon Zero Dawn, has released a new update for the mentioned game, which is fixing some crashes that were happening while playing the game.
However, the new update doesn’t come with only fixes for technical issues and crashes, as it also comes with several new features. One of the new options that the update comes with is the 3D Audio support for 3D headsets, which will surely please any avid gamer who has purchased one.
In addition, there are some big improvements made to the path finding to quest markers and custom waypoints when players are using a mount, as well as boosted performance in several areas in the game.
We’re sure that the fans of this new game are now waiting for the developers to finally announce their plans regarding the upcoming DLC for the Horizon Zero Dawn. The developer company has already confirmed that the DLC is on its way, but it didn’t give too many details about it.
We think that the Guerilla Games will give more information about the DLC for the Horizon Zero Dawn during the PlayStation’s E3 Showcase, which will happen in June 2017 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Here are some fixes that the new Horizon Zero Dawn 1.12 Update comes with:
- An issue that was causing the players to give an extra Carja Bow and Spear if Aloy died before talking to Rost has been fixed;
- An issue that was found in “The Point of the Spear”, where some players have noticed that the Sawtooth would be no longer be present (during “Kill the Sawtooth” objective) after updating to 1.10 has been fixed;
- A bug that was allowing the players to climb the roots during the “To Curse the Darkness” quest and bypass natural progression of the quest has been fixed;
- An issue that was not allowing the players to complete the quest when talking to Ravan during the “Robbing the Rich” mission has been fixed.
