The WhatsApp 2.17.152 APK (installation) file has 33.32MB and it’s smaller than the previous version of the application, which was 33.48MB. In other words, it seems that the developers have optimized the application and have not brought any new features or options to it.
According to some new reports, the developers are now preparing an “unsend” feature that will allow you to “delete” a message that you’ve sent before your friend gets the chance to read it. This feature is expected to be released firstly for iOS, but it will also come to Android OS later on.
As for the rumored “Video Conference” feature that will allow you to make video calls with two or more users, we still don’t have any official information about it. The developers have not even confirmed that they are working on such a feature, so we’re not sure if it will be added to the application sometime in the near future.
