Even if Niantic has not mentioned anything about an Easter event, most of the Pokémon Go players are pretty sure that an event for this celebration will be added soon to their favorite game.
Let’s not forget that most of the gameplay features in Pokémon Go involve eggs, which means that the developer will take advantage of this and it will try to lure some players with this type of event.
One of the simplest things that Niantic could do is to just design some of the eggs to look like Easter eggs. However, many players hope that Niantic will bring more than just some different looking eggs. For example, the developing company could also reduce the time needed to hatch eggs.
Game Rant thinks that Niantic has a very good plan for this Easter celebration and it will surely take advantage of it in order to increase its player base and the sales for the “premium” items.
There are some players who think that Niantic will also improve the spawn rates of Pokémon during the Easter event. Unfortunately, the developing company is mum regarding this celebration and we’re not sure yet if it is currently working on adding such an event to the game.
However, let’s not forget that Niantic is well known for a company that prefers to wait until the last minute to announce its events. We remind you that the company has announced the Thanksgiving promotion three days before the holiday.
