CIRCULATION: The New Hampshire is published Tuesdays and Fridays during the academic year. 6000 print copies are distributed free to academic buildings, dorms, dining halls, and libraries, as well as to select businesses throughout Durham, Dover, and Newmarket, NH.

New ads and ad changes must be submitted by 1PM on Tuesday for Friday’s paper, and by 1PM on Friday for Tuesday’s paper. Ads requiring a PROOF must be submitted at least 7 days prior to our pub date. Space reservations in advance of our deadline days are highly recommended.

TNH is an 11 x 17,” Full Tabloid, 5 column, Newsprint format.
Ads reproduce best when submitted electronically in Adobe PDF format. EPS or JPEG files are also accepted. Files submitted as Word, Publisher, or PowerPoint documents can be reproduced, but may require some layout adjustment and/or font substitution.
There is no charge for basic typesetting and ad layout. Complex designs will be charged a base fee of $35 (call for quote on atypical layouts). Proofs are furnished on request if ad is received by our office with adequate lead-time. Please be very clear regarding your ad content and layout preferences. Ads requiring more than two proof corrections will be charged a $35 design fee.

Advertising Sales Policies: The editorial and advertising staffs of The New Hampshire reserve the right to reject any advertisements at any time. The advertising and design staff reserve the right to redesign any ad submitted to fit the contracted specifications or to support the overall aesthetic quality of the publication. In case of error or omission, the Ad Dept. must be notified within 7 business days to be considered for a makegood. TNH’s liability, if any, will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error, and the credit will be for the first incorrect insertion only. TNH is not responsible for typographical errors or poor art quality submitted by the advertiser
