UHS Wins 2 National Menu Awards

The National Assocation of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) recently announced the winners of the 2004 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards Contest. UHS won a Bronze award for " RESIDENCE HALL DINING - Standard Menu", medium school category.

 

Men should allow women only TBTN

I would like to respond to "A fraternity Catch-22" (May 4). Men should be uniting to end sexual violence. But why should men be allowed to lead a TBN march that traditionally consisted of thousands of protesting women? Why are men disturbed by the idea of a women- only march? How do men commit to ending sexual violence at UNH?

Corrections

In the article, "Community steps up to plate for fire survivors" by Diane Nolan printed on Friday, April 23, 2004, several of the facts were misrepresented. According to Tracy Shepard, Lorena's sister, Carrie Arsenault was referred to as the spokesman for "the family," however she is only the spokesman for Lori's mother.
