The iPhone 6S Plus is packed with Apple’s personal A9 dual-core SoC. The two Twister cores are running at 1.85GHz and a PowerVR GT7600 6-cluster GPU is used for the graphics.
As far as OS, Motorola DROID Turbo 2 runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, however it will be upgraded to the Android 6.0 M whereas the iPhone 6s Plus runs on iOS 9.2.
The iPhone 6S Plus has a 2750mAh capacity battery inside whereas the DROID Turbo 2 has a 3760mAhbattery unit. The bonus is that Motorola does offer the “TurboPower fast-charging” option as dubbed by the latter.

The iPhone 6S Plus has also updated the back end shooter to a 12 MP. The front FaceTime shooter is a 5MP one and it is paired with Retina Flash.
