iOS 9.2 Jailbreak Tool Available – What to Expect from TaiG and PanGu?

TNH Staff · January 4, 2016 · 4 Comments

It’s already 2016 and there is still no news regarding the iOS 9.2 Jailbreak status. We’re sure that many iOS fans were expecting TaiG or PanGu Teams to release a jailbroken iOS 9.2 version already, but for some reason, this didn’t happen.

Currently, you can use Pangu9 jailbreak tool to jailbreak the iOS 9, iOS 9.0.1 and iOS 9.2. This is the reason why, if you prefer to run a jailbroken iOS on your iDevice, you should not upgrade the iOS above version 9.0.2, such as iOS 9.1 or iOS 9.2.

Apple has already stopped signing the iOS 9.0.1 version, which means that once you update your iDevice to iOS 9.1 or iOS 9.2, you will not be able to downgrade it to iOS 9.0.2 in order to be able to jailbreak it.

The iOS 9.2 comes with many improvements and new features, which has made many users to update to it as soon as it has been released. Back in December 2015, 3K Assistant, a TaiG partner, has confirmed that the iOS 9.2 jailbreak has been successful. According to that post, the team has found an exploit only after eight days of hard work.

Unfortunately, none of the two well known hacker groups (TaiG and PanGu) has released an iOS 9.2 jailbreak. It seems that 3K Assistant has given a false statement in order to give a bit of hope to the jailbreak community.

3K Assistant has actually updated the post and confirmed that the iOS 9.2 has not been jailbroken yet and that they are not sure yet when this will happen.  In the same post, 3K Assistant is asking the users to be patient and to check back their websites for updates.

Currently, nobody knows at what stage are the hacker groups on jailbreaking the iOS 9.2 and it seems that it will take a while until the TaiG or PanGu will find a way to jailbreak the latest iOS version.

This article’s title is purposefully misleading just so you can get site visit numbers….You need to change the titles of your articles there is no jb for 9.2 Apple will be releasing 9.2.1 soon. TaIG is no longer a reputable source for anything they have sold user data and put spy wear on Phones. There is no semi jail break this is a ad wear that will lock your device and steal data. These iPhone updates take months to create to expect them to be hacked in a little over a week is very ignorant you will be notified about a jail break on news.
