The Oppo Find 7 and Find 7a have been released back in 2014 and most of us were quite surprised by these two handsets. Oppo is one of the newer Chinese manufacturers that have entered the smartphone market, which is now contended to become a market leader. The company has released high quality build devices, innovative software and all of this with a really good price-performance ration. About 3 years after the release of Find 7 and Find 7a, Oppo is now preparing to bring a new Find 9 device, which many smartphone fans will want to purchase.
According to some leaks that have surfaced on Weibo, the Oppo Find 9 will be released sometime in the first half of 2017. New rumors are suggesting that Oppo will present this new handset during the MWC 2017 event. We have to mention that this company will have its stand in Hall 3 and it will share the same conference space with popular manufacturers such as Qualcomm, Huawei, Samsung and more.
The Oppo Find 9 is expected to sport a 5.5-inch WQHD display, which is similar to the one found on Find 7 and Find 7a. The device will sport a primary camera of 21MP and a secondary camera of 16MP. It will be powered by a 4100 mAh battery, which will support VOOC flash charging.
We remind you that this technology was presented by the company when it was showcasing Oppo F1 during the MWC 2016 event. The Oppo Find 9 will come in two variants: one that will feature a Snapdragon 835 and another one that will have a Snapdragon 653, which will be backed by 4GB or 6GB of RAM. The device will also come in two internal storage variants of 64GB and 128GB.
According to rumors, the device will enter the Chinese market for around 3999 yuan (about $582), which seems a bit high for its home market. If this proves to be true, the device will be sold for even more in US and Europe, which will surely not please the fans.
