It seems that Ubisoft is now trying to link “Ghost Recon: Wildlands” with “The Division” by bringing a sort of “DLC” pack. In other words, if you own the two mentioned games, you will receive some bonus items in “Ghost Recon: Wildlands”.
So, if you’ve been playing “The Division” for quite a while and you also want to try out the “Ghost Recon: Wildlands,” then you will receive a costume, a unit patch and a weapon on the newly released game.
The weapon that this “DLC” comes with is an orange and white LVOA-C assault rifle from “The Division.” We have to mention that this is a fully-functional weapon and you can use it for your character, giving you the possibility to restore order in “Ghost Recon: Wildlands.”
We remind you that this is not the first time when Ubisoft is trying to promote its games by linking them together. “The Division: Underground DLC” came with a similar promotion and offered Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon outfits for people who’ve pre-ordered the DLC.
There were also various outfits from other games such as Splinter Cell: Blacklist and Assassin’s Creed and we should expect more other Ubisoft DLC packs to come out for the “Ghost Recon: Wildlands” in addition to “The Division DLC” pack.
So, if you somehow own “The Division”, you will just open the “Ghost Recon: Wildlands” game and manually download the DLC pack. Once you do this, you will be able to use the new weapon and outfit and go in the jungles of Bolivia to exterminate the bad guys.
The “Ghost Recon: Wildlands” has been released on March 7, 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
Do you own “The Division” and “Ghost Recon: Wildlands?” Will you use the weapon and outfit in the new game that Ubisoft has released this month?
