December is every car lover’s favorite time of the year because this is when the LA Auto Show is being hosted. The 2017 edition of the show was amazing and all major car companies came out and unveiled their latest products, technologies and innovative concept designs. Without any further ado, today we are going to present the biggest highlights from the 2017 LA Auto Show.
Volvo XC40 and New Subscription System
Volvo is known for always going its own way and for not following what other companies are doing. Instead of selling cars for a huge upfront payment, Volvo is looking to sell cars in special payment methods that are similar to how people purchase smartphones.
The new and amazing Volvo XC40 can be purchased for only $600 per month and it includes the cost of the car, insurance and tax + delivery. The only thing left that customers will need to pay for is gas. The new subscription system is called “Care by Volvo”.
Tesla Model 3
Right now, Tesla is ruling the automobile industry with its latest Model 3. The all-electric company received thousands of pre-orders when it unveiled its new Model 3 and this should give us an idea of how awesome it is. Furthermore, Tesla decided to unveil that Model 3’s battery is going to last for 310 miles with a full charge and that people will need to pay $44,000 for it.
VW I.D. Crozz
Just like Tesla, VW is not a stranger to all-electric vehicles. The reason we are saying this is because VW’s latest I.D. Crozz electric vehicle has been revealed during the 2017 LA Auto Show. The new car looks futuristic and amazing, but the best thing about it is that it will offer 302 horsepower. In addition, VW announced that its upcoming all-electric car is going to be available for purchase starting 2020.
