It’s been more than ten years since Lamborghini unveiled the first Urus concept pictures. Urus was scheduled to become Lamborghini’s first SUV and we are happy to announce that its finally available for purchase. The SUV looks extraordinary, but that’s something that people expect from Lamborghini anyways.
Stylish Design
As previously mentioned, Lamborghini has a reputation for creating stylish cars and even though Urus is an SUV, it still ships with a Lamborghini trademark design. What we mean by that is that Urus looks like a spaceship and that its going to turn heads everywhere it does. To top that off, Urus is available in a bright green color which will make it stand out even more.
Family Car
Truth be told, Lamborghinis are not known for being family cars. They are usually two-seaters and their powerful engines don’t make them viable family cars. However, this is not the case for Urus. The SUV features five seats and the rear seats are equipped with LATCH points for child seats. Therefore, Urus is definitely a family SUV.
Interior Design
Regarding seats, the SUV’s front seats will be available in two options. The first option features standard 12-way adjustable heated sports seats while the second one offers 18-way adjustable massage seats that are also heated and ventilated.
The car’s interior design is downright extraordinary. The lead designer for Urus said that he wanted the driver to feel like a pilot. This is why the car features a center console that’s packed with buttons and touchscreens.
Engine Power
Since this SUV features the Lamborghini brand logo, no one should be surprised to find out that its equipped with a huge 4.0liter twin turbo V8. The engine puts out 650 horsepower and 628 lb-ft of torque. In terms of speed, Urus hits 62mph in only 3.6 seconds and it reaches a top speed of 186 mph.
