Mercedes Benz X-Class Receives Sleek-Looking Widebody Kit

TNH Staff · December 12, 2017 · Leave a Comment

We have some great news for all you Mercedes Benz fans out there, the X-Class just received a widebody kit. This kit is inspired by previous designs and it looks as aggressive as a truck can get. Since the X-Class is a pick up truck, the new kit has been introduced with the sole purpose of improving its aesthetic design and it doesn’t change its ability to carry stuff.

Mercedes Benz X-Class Widebody Kit

X-Class fans who want to purchase a vehicle that looks good and that can also be used for work purposes should be happy to know that the new model will do just that. In addition, the new model doesn’t bring any under the hood changes and the X-Class will keep sticking with its 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that puts out 164 horsepower.

We should also mention that the new widebody kit makes the X-Class more appropriate for going out to restaurants or to the mall because it looks more like a fancy luxurious car than a rough and rugged pick up truck.

Off Road Capabilities

While the new design might look cool and amazing, Mercedes Benz guarantees that its not going to affect the car’s off road capabilities at all. Just like we’re used to, X-Class will ship with PD3Forged wheels which are covered in all-terrain tires that makes it more than capable of driving on rough terrain and in harsh environments.

More Engine Power

Even though the standard X-Class model is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine which offers 164 horsepower, Mercedes Benz fans can get even more horsepower than this by opting for the faster 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 variant which features the whopping amount of 255 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. Now, this is engine is more suiting for off roads since it can climb any hill with that amount of horsepower.
