Facebook is a social network website that was released back in 2004. As the social network started becoming more and more popular, the developers have decided to release an official application for it. The developers have just released a new Facebook version for Android devices. The Facebook 118.0.0.22.79 (STABLE) is currently the latest version of the application and its APK (installation) file has a size of 62.97MB.
We’ve compared the installation files of the Facebook 118.0.0.22.79 (STABLE) and Facebook 118.0.0.22.79 (BETA) and we’ve noticed a decrease of 8MB on the stable version, which means that the developers have not added any new features or options, but instead they’ve optimized the application.
Using the Facebook application, you can access your wall, your friends’ wall, post comments, reply to comments, submit a new post your wall or on your friends’ wall etc. Unfortunately, when it comes to private messaging, you will need to install a separate application named “Facebook Messenger.” The Facebook Messenger application allows you to send private messages, photos, emoji, documents and make voice/video calls.
We remind you that the Facebook application also allows you to post stories, which is a new feature added to the social network. This new feature is a short user-generate photo and video collection that can be viewed up to two times and it will disappear after 24 hours.

- Open the Google Play Store App and search for Facebook 118.0.0.22.79;
- Tap the “INSTALL” button to start the installation process;
- When the installation is complete, use your phone number/email address and password to log into your Facebook account.
