Mobile Network Not Available For Android Devices? Here are 5 Ways That Might Help

TNH Online · May 2, 2018 · Leave a Comment

Staying connected to your mobile network can sometimes be a little unstable. There quite a number of reasons why these things occur at times. Sometimes, fixing the problem is as easy as ABCs or 123s.

However, there are also times when the problem requires a little more tinkering than just turning off the connection for a few good seconds and then turning it back on. If in case, in the future, this thing happens to you, here are some of the things you should try.

  1. Try removing your sim card and then putting it back on. Sometimes, if mobile network is not available on your Android device, it could be your network provider being a little unstable for the time being.
  2. If turning off and turning off your phone doesn’t work, you can try and toggle your Airplane mode. Disable any network connection for a few seconds using this feature and then turn it back on to see if your mobile connection gets any better.
  3. Users can also see if their Roaming Settings is turned on or not. Sometimes, this can be the case. Going to your Cellular Network Settings, toggle Data Roaming to enable it.
  4. Check if your operating system is outdated. If you happen to turn off automatic OS updates on your phone, you won’t be able to run the latest compatible Android operating system for your device. This may also bring mobile connection issues to your phone, therefore, you have to update it when you need to.
  5. Finally, you can try the last resort if you think that everything else seems to not be working. While it’s not always the be-all and end-all fix if your mobile network is not working on Android, you can try to do a factory reset on your phone.

If you’re still having problems or still anxious about making any drastic measures to keep your data connection seamless, it definitely doesn’t hurt to consult the experts. If you think it’s your Android device causing the trouble, you can go ahead and contact the customer service hotline of your device. You’ll never know how much it can help!
